Terms of Service

Welcome to LastCall.fit. These terms apply to your use of the service provided by Path42. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

How access works (subscription phases)

LastCall uses a simple three-phase model:

  • Honeymoon — when you start, you get a trial period with full access so you can try the product.
  • Slow Burn — after the trial, you can continue with a limited free tier or subscribe to Pro for full access.
  • Hard Stop — if you don’t subscribe, access to premium features (e.g. full chat, advanced coaching) stops until you upgrade. You can still use limited features as described in the app.

Paid subscriptions (e.g. Monthly Pro, Yearly Athlete) renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your account or via the platform (e.g. Apple/Google) you used to pay.

Lifetime Member (lifetime access)

The Lifetime Member option is a one-time payment for lifetime access to LastCall Pro, subject to the product and these terms remaining in effect. It is limited to a fixed number of slots (currently 100). Once those slots are sold, the offer may no longer be available. Lifetime means for as long as we operate the service; we don’t guarantee the service in perpetuity but we don’t plan to revoke Lifetime Member access if you’ve paid and we’re still running LastCall.

Medical disclaimer (please read)

LastCall.fit is an AI companion and coaching tool, not a medical professional, doctor, or certified fitness or nutrition expert. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a doctor or qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, diet, or lifestyle change, especially if you have health conditions or concerns. Use the app at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions once payment has been processed. If you believe there has been an error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong plan), contact us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it. Refund rights under your local law (e.g. consumer protection) remain unaffected where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LastCall in line with applicable laws and our policies. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you’re misusing the service, harming others, or violating these terms.
