What we collect

To give you personalized AI coaching, we collect:

• Fitness logs — workouts, steps, sleep, and other activity you choose to log
• Food photos — images you send for meal logging (we use them only to describe the meal and don’t store the images long-term)
• Chat history — your messages and our AI replies so we can keep context and improve your experience
• Account info — email, name, and profile preferences you provide

How we use AI (and what we don’t do)

Your data is processed by AI services (OpenAI and Anthropic) to power coaching, meal descriptions, and chat. Here’s the important part: your data is not used to train their models. Our use is covered by their enterprise/data policies that prohibit using your content for model training. We don’t sell your data to anyone.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted infrastructure with encryption and access controls). We use Stripe for payments; they handle card data and we don’t store full card numbers.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Use the “Delete account” option in the app or contact us. We’ll remove your account and associated data in line with our retention process. If you’re in the EU/UK, you also have rights under GDPR (access, correction, portability, etc.); contact us to exercise them.
